A vaidya reads every batch sheet
Vaidya Meera Bhatt has practised in Gandhinagar for twenty-six years, and nothing leaves the unit until she has signed the batch record against the classical reference. Where a text calls for a taila to be cooked down over three days, we cook it for three days.

A day, as the labels set it out
Classical Ayurveda arranges the day before it arranges the shelf. These are the directions printed on each preparation, placed at the hour they are meant for.
Morning
On waking, before food

The label tells you everything
I have bought triphala from a dozen places over the years. This is the first jar that told me which three fruits, in what ratio, which harvest and which laboratory tested the lot. The churna itself is finer and smells fresher than anything from the big brands.

I ordered four things and the consultation call went twenty-five minutes. The vaidya asked about my routine, my sleep and my prakriti, then said two of the four were unnecessary for me and offered to refund them. I have ordered from nobody else since.

Kumkumadi is the real thing
Genuinely saffron-heavy, and the colour on the pillowcase proves it. Expensive, but a 30 ml bottle has lasted me five months at three drops a night. Four stars only because the dropper leaked slightly in transit - they replaced the cap without argument.
