They measured me on the fit bike, recommended an S instead of the M I would have ordered, and swapped the stem before delivery. 4,200 km later the R1 still has not creaked once.

The bike that started it all, refined over nine seasons. A triple-butted 6061 alloy frame with a full carbon fork, a relaxed endurance geometry with a taller head tube, and mudguard and rack mounts hidden in plain sight - fast enough for the club tempo ride, comfortable enough for a 200 km audax.
Shimano Tiagra 2×10 and hydraulic disc brakes keep it simple to service and confident in the wet. It ships on 30 mm tyres with room for 35 mm, because the Dutch polder roads are not always as smooth as they look on the map.
