The offer
Athlete Story
Dessa spent nine months on VX Carbon prototypes, logging 2,840 km and rejecting four midsole iterations before she took version five to Chicago and cut ninety-one seconds off her personal best. The plate geometry she asked for - 3mm narrower through the forefoot - is the one you buy today.
“I put 640 km on a single pair of Meridian trainers through a Boulder winter and the midsole still measured within 4% of its out-of-box rebound. That has never happened to me with another shoe.”The Lab
Nothing ships until it has survived a full test block: 4,000 km of mixed-surface wear, 300 hours on the flex rig, and a 48-hour salt-and-sweat soak at 35°C. We publish the failure rate of every batch, including the ones we scrapped.
Inside the labMeasured on a mechanical rig at 3.2 m/s, not estimated from a foam spec sheet.
Nineteen sponsored athletes log 40,000+ km a year on product before it launches.
Train in it for three months. If it breaks down early, we replace it and publish why.

I rotate the Meridian through every easy day of a marathon block and measured the rebound myself at 640 km - still within 4% of new. The 10mm drop is forgiving at the end of a 35k when my form starts to fall apart.
Twelve weeks of heavy cleans and box jumps and the waistband has never rolled once. Compression still holds at the calf after about forty washes, which is more than I can say for the pair I replaced.
Wore the Stormline through the back half of a 100k in horizontal rain and stayed dry under it. Docking one star because the hood is cut tight over a cap - size up if you run in a visor.
The Split
Test results, race reports from the roster, and the occasional workout you can actually use. No countdown timers, no fake scarcity.
