Resinated agarwood from cultivated trees in upper Assam, soaked for weeks and slowly distilled. Undiluted and unblended - this is oud oil as it comes from the still, aged a year in glass.
It opens leathery and faintly animalic, turns to honeyed wood, and dries down to a soft, sweet smoke that clings for days. A drop is a full wear; a 3 ml vial lasts most people a season.
