Nine ganaches rolled by hand every Tuesday and Friday: 70% dark, filter coffee, Alphonso, cardamom, salted caramel, passionfruit, gulkand, coconut jaggery and single-estate 82%. Each one is a 70:30 ganache set overnight before it is dipped.

Fresh cream ganaches carry a 21-day shelf life, so we make against your order rather than hold stock. Keep between 16°C and 20°C and eat within a fortnight of delivery for the cleanest texture.

The 70% actually tastes of fruit
I have bought most Indian craft bars and this is the first 70% where the red banana note on the wrapper is genuinely there. The snap was perfect even though it travelled in April - the ice packs were still cold when it arrived.
