Everything in it was grown on our farm or within the Hudson Valley, cut coarse rather than milled to dust, and packed within one season of harvest. Chamomile and linden are traditionally used to support a calm wind-down in the evening; all six blends are naturally caffeine-free, so the box does not need a rule about what time it is.

I looked up the lot number on the adaptogen pouch and got a real COA with the heavy metal panel on it, plus a harvest date three weeks before it arrived. That is not normal in this category. The blend itself is earthy and dissolves properly in warm milk.
