Sixteen moulded pralines shelled by hand in polycarbonate moulds, each one filled with a nut or fruit paste rather than cream: hazelnut gianduja, cashew-jaggery, pistachio, coconut, roasted sesame and burnt-orange marzipan.

Because there is no dairy cream in the fillings these keep four weeks at 18°C, which makes them the box to send when you cannot control how quickly it gets opened.

    The 70% actually tastes of fruit

    I have bought most Indian craft bars and this is the first 70% where the red banana note on the wrapper is genuinely there. The snap was perfect even though it travelled in April - the ice packs were still cold when it arrived.
