The proof saved me from myself
I put our initials the wrong way round at 1 a.m. The proof arrived the next morning with a polite note asking if that was intended. The board is gorgeous - the engraving is crisp and the walnut is deep and glossy.
Oak Family Name Sign
Solid Ontario oak, deep-engraved, for the porch
A long sign cut from solid white oak grown in southwestern Ontario, with your family name deep-engraved across the face and an “established” year beneath. Finished with exterior-grade oil so it can live by the front door, under a porch roof, through a Toronto winter.
Each sign is made from a single board, so the grain is different on every one. The current batch has sold through while the next boards dry - join the waitlist and we’ll proof yours the day they’re ready.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 Rated 5.0 out of 5 They got the ear exactly right
Six blurry phone photos and a description of a dog who never sits still. The first sketch already looked like him, and they fixed the one floppy ear after my note. The original drawing came too, which was a lovely surprise.
Rated 5.0 out of 5 Forty keyrings, forty initials, zero mistakes
Used the brass keyrings as wedding favours. They sent a single proof sheet with every guest’s initial so we could check them all at once. Each came in its own tagged envelope. Guests are still using them.
Rated 4.0 out of 5 Beautiful wallet, slightly stiff at first
The leather and stitching are excellent and the copper monogram looks sharp. It was very stiff for the first two weeks - now it has softened nicely. Four stars only because I’d have liked one more card slot.
