Monogrammed Leather Bifold
Full-grain Québec leather, debossed initials
A slim bifold cut from full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather from a family tannery in Québec, saddle-stitched with waxed linen thread. Six card slots, two hidden pockets and a full-length note sleeve, and it still slips into a front pocket.
We deboss up to three initials on the front with a heated brass die - either in blind (no colour) or in copper foil. The leather darkens and softens with use, and the monogram only gets deeper.

Six blurry phone photos and a description of a dog who never sits still. The first sketch already looked like him, and they fixed the one floppy ear after my note. The original drawing came too, which was a lovely surprise.

Used the brass keyrings as wedding favours. They sent a single proof sheet with every guest’s initial so we could check them all at once. Each came in its own tagged envelope. Guests are still using them.

The leather and stitching are excellent and the copper monogram looks sharp. It was very stiff for the first two weeks - now it has softened nicely. Four stars only because I’d have liked one more card slot.
