Warm at Balu ka Ghera
Rented the Kunzum bag for Hampta in July and slept through a 1°C night with just a base layer. Bought it after the trek and the rental fee was knocked off without me having to ask.
Trail report
Hooded, packs into its own pocket
The jacket you pull on the moment you stop walking: at camp, at the 4 a.m. summit start, on the last bus out of Sankri. 650-fill down in narrow baffles across the chest and back, with synthetic fill at the cuffs and hem where snow and sweat collect.
The hood fits over a beanie but not a helmet, the hand pockets sit above a hip belt, and the whole jacket stuffs into its left pocket to the size of a large water bottle.

Pitched the Spiti tent at Juda ka Talab in December. It snowed from 10 p.m. to dawn and the walls barely moved. Heavy to carry, but that is the point of it.
Rohtang 55 fitted to my back length in the Manali store. Carries 14 kg comfortably. Only complaint: the hip-belt pockets are a little small for a big phone.
Ordered the poles and headlamp for our office trek group with Cash on Delivery and a GST invoice. Arrived in four days, well packed, and both have survived two treks.
