Ordered from Pune at 8 PM for my wife’s birthday. The rider rang at 11:52, the message was piped exactly as I typed it, and they sent me a photo of the handover. The truffle was rich without being heavy.

A tall vanilla and strawberry cake covered in smooth white cream, with a hand-painted gold fondant horn, pastel ears, a mane of piped rosettes and two sleepy eyelashes. The cake that gets photographed before it gets cut.
Theme cakes are built by hand and need four hours, so the morning slot is not offered. Tell us a favourite colour and we will work it into the mane.
