Ordered from Pune at 8 PM for my wife’s birthday. The rider rang at 11:52, the message was piped exactly as I typed it, and they sent me a photo of the handover. The truffle was rich without being heavy.

A saffron sponge soaked in thickened rasmalai milk, layered with cardamom cream and real rasmalai discs, then finished with slivered pistachio, almond and dried rose petals. It tastes like the dessert, with the structure of a cake.
Our most requested cake for Diwali, Bhai Dooj and family get-togethers where half the table prefers mithai. It is always eggless - the soaked sponge works better without egg.

My in-laws do not eat egg, so we ordered the eggless red velvet heart for their anniversary. Soft, moist and the cream cheese frosting was not too sweet. Nobody believed it was eggless.
