Two years of monthly orders and it has never once been dry or over-baked. You can taste that it is real ghee and freshly pounded cardamom, not essence. The delivery boy always arrives before lunch.
A two-layer celebration cake baked and finished for your date, in fresh cream, Swiss meringue buttercream or dark chocolate ganache. Choose the flavour, the size and whether it is eggless, then tell us what should be written on top.
We do not use fondant sheets or plastic toppers. Decoration is piped by hand and finished with fresh fruit, chocolate work or edible flowers, and we will send you a photograph before it leaves the kitchen.

Genuinely the best multigrain loaf in the city, and the thirty-six hour ferment shows in the crumb. My only complaint is that it sells out by noon almost every day, so plan ahead or you will be buying the banana bread instead.
