Kept working through a two-day outage
The storm took our internet out for two days. The porch light schedule, the thermostat and the lock all carried on as if nothing happened. That alone sold me.
A small camera with a big promise: when you are home, the lens is covered. Nook closes a physical shutter automatically when your phone arrives, and you can see it shut from across the room.
When it is watching, Nook records 2K video with clear night vision and sends it only to your Hearth Hub, which works out whether that movement was a person, a pet or the curtains. No subscription is needed to keep thirty days of clips.

Installed the Lighting Kit at my father’s place. He uses the switches like normal switches and the hallway lights up softly at night. Exactly what I wanted.
Rated 5.0 out of 5 Setup before the coffee went cold
Hub, lock and four bulbs. One code scanned in Apple Home, everything appeared in the right rooms. The setup card is genuinely helpful.
Rated 4.0 out of 5 Great camera, wish the wall mount was included
Love that the Nook shutter closes when I get home - my partner actually agreed to an indoor camera because of it. Only gripe: the wall mount is a separate purchase.
