Asked for 2lb 9oz and they sent a photo of the face before it shipped. Ten straight grains, knocked in properly, edges taped. Middled the first ball I faced with it.

Grade 3 English willow with five to seven grains and a few cosmetic marks on the face that make no difference to how it plays. Pressed a little harder than our Grade 1 for durability, with a mid middle that suits most club and school batters.
Available from Size 5 to Short Handle, which makes it the bat most of our junior academy players move up to after Kashmir willow. Add knocking-in for a small charge at the workshop, or do it yourself with the mallet kit.
