Our core range of moulded bars in 65 g and 125 g, conched for a minimum of 48 hours on a granite stone. Three ingredients at most, and the farm and harvest month printed on every wrapper.

Hand-rolled ganaches and hand-shelled pralines made in small batches every Tuesday and Friday. Fresh cream ganaches carry a 21-day shelf life, so we make to order rather than to stock.

Presentation boxes in 9, 16 and 24 pieces, with a plain kraft sleeve or one printed to your own artwork. Diwali, Raksha Bandhan and new-year editions are released six weeks ahead of the date.
