Eight years of daily use
I bought four mugs in 2018. They go through the dishwasher most days and the glaze has not crazed once. I have replaced nothing else in that cupboard.
A shade folded by hand from a heavy unbleached paper, hung from a turned oak collar and a three-metre textile cord. The folds diffuse the light sideways, so it lights a table without glaring across it.
Folded in the loft in Copenhagen, twenty or so at a time. The shade can be bought on its own if it yellows or tears, and the cord and collar are stocked as separate parts.
