The Muhurat Collection 2026
Uncut polki diamonds laid into 22K gold foil by karigars who learned the Jadau trade from their fathers. Every piece BIS hallmarked, certified and bought back for life.

Bridal Studio
Bridal begins with a seated consultation at Navrangpura or a video call if the family is abroad. We work to your muhurat date, your outfit swatches and a budget you set out loud, then quote gold, stones and making charges as three separate numbers so nothing is buried.
“I chose my entire wedding trousseau over three video calls from Toronto and one fitting when I landed. The polki choker matched my panetar exactly and the making charges were on the quote from day one.”

Certification & hallmarking
Every gold piece carries a six-digit BIS HUID; diamonds ship with an IGI report.
Vrajlal Soni kept a brass scale on the customer’s side of the glass in 1978. Forty-eight years on, the habit is the same: you see the purity, the grading and the labour as three separate figures before anything is made.
Hallmarking & certificationEvery gold piece is struck with the BIS mark, its purity and a unique six-digit HUID you can look up yourself. We hallmarked a decade before it became law in India, and the HUID card stays on file at the boutique for as long as the family owns the piece.
Solitaires ship with an individual IGI report and a girdle laser-inscribed with its number. Uncut polki is graded and listed carat by carat, and the certificate of authenticity names the karigar who finished the piece.
The gold rate, the stone value and the making charge are three separate lines on the quote and three separate lines on the GST invoice. Nothing is folded into a single per-gram figure, and the quote you are given on day one is the invoice you sign at the end.
All three appear on the GST invoice, and on the buy-back statement if the piece ever comes home.

The Workshop
Setting kundan is subtraction, not addition: the karigar packs 24K gold foil around an uncut stone until the metal itself holds it, with no claw and no glue. Our meenakari is fired in Jaipur, our temple work is chased by a family from Nagercoil, and the name of the karigar who finished your piece is written on its certificate.

I was in Toronto until three weeks before the wedding, so the bridal studio did four video calls with my mother sitting in Ahmedabad. The polki choker matched my panetar exactly. Gold, stones and making charges were three separate lines on the quote from the first call, and the final invoice matched it to the rupee.

My mother bought her mangalsutra here in 1994. Last Diwali we exchanged it against a new vati piece at the day’s 22K rate - no deduction for wastage, no lecture. Thirty years later the HUID card from the original was still in their file.

The meenakari on the back of these jhumkas is better than pieces I have seen at twice the price in Zaveri Bazaar, and at nine grams I can actually wear them all evening. Shipping took seven days rather than three, though it arrived insured and sealed with the hallmark card inside.

They brought three solitaire settings to my office in Ahmedabad and let me look at the IGI reports under their loupe with no pressure to decide. Took the EMI on twelve months and the GST invoice went straight to my accountant. Sizing was free when it came back a size too large.
